When you change your phone, reinstall the app or there was maintenance on the app which logged you out, you will need to log in to the app. How do you do that instead of registering a new account?
The most important thing is to be sure which email you used to register your active account. If you are not sure, you can contact Customer Support via chat, email or phone and after providing the answers to a few security questions, they will be able to provide the email you registered with.
There are a few ways to login into your account:
1. Android operating system
A. If your registered email is your Google email on the device
Tap on "Continue with Google" and then choose your account*
* if your registered email connected to the active account is with ie. +1 (for example your original email is email@gmail.com, but your registered email connected to the active account is email+1@gmail.com) then you need to use option B explained below
B. If your registered email is not your Google account on the device
Tap on "Continue with email", then type your registered email address and you will receive the email with a link which you need to tap and it will take you back to the app.
If you remember your password, you can also tap on the top right "Log in with password" and then enter your email and password.
In case you forgot your password, tap on "Forgot password"
2. iOS operating system
A. If your registered email is your Apple ID or Google email on the device
Tap on "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google" accordingly, and then choose your account*
* if your registered email connected to the active account is with ie. +1 (for example your original email is email@gmail.com, but your registered email connected to the active account is email+1@gmail.com) then you need to use option B explained below
B. If your registered email is not your Apple ID or Google email on the device
Tap on "Continue with email", then type your registered email address and you will receive the email with a link which you need to tap and it will take you back to the app.
